Meet Lady J

Judy McClendon-Redmond is the founder and owner of Another Creation by Lady J.

She possesses many talents; as a decorator, organizer, mentor, former corporate accountant, seamstress, embroiderer, and fashion designer.

​

Judy has lived and traveled around the United States as well as in Europe. While living in  Denmark,

Judy worked her fashion design, seamstress, and embroidery business.

​

Her mission in life is to use her gifts and talents to help others. 

As the Executive Director of the Rare Pearls Leadership and Mentoring Program, Inc., she empowers girls and young women to be the best they can be.

​

Last but not least, Judy is married to Donahue Redmond who loves and supports her throughout her endeavors. Donahue is a retired Executive Director of AT&T and he serves on the

Advisory Board the Rare Pearls Mentoring and Leadership Program, Inc. 

​

Judy has an MBA and several certifications in event management and technology.
